After six months
The next bottleneck isn't leads
Doubling a moving company is the part everyone plans for. The part they don't is the week that volume actually lands — twice the customers asking questions, twice the crews to schedule, twice the things that go sideways on move day. The system works, and running the company gets heavier. So we staff it — and we keep running those people ourselves.
Both roles are ours end to end. We hire them, we train them, and we manage them every day they are with you — you are not taking on another person to run. That is the difference between us placing someone and you making a hire.
Six months with us first
We don't sell this on day one. Six months in, we both know what your volume actually looks like and where it is hurting — which roles you need, and how many. That is not a conversation worth having in your first week.
