This policy explains what Real Moving Leads does with the information you share with us.
Information we collect
When you submit an application we collect the name, company name, email address, phone number, city, revenue range, ad spend range, and any message you choose to provide. Our servers also record the IP address a submission came from so we can prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use your information solely to review your application, contact you about working together, and provide the services you request. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our hosting provider and our CRM. Those providers may only use it to deliver services to us.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used, and the Meta pixel to measure our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited. Both set cookies and record pages viewed and actions taken, such as starting or completing the form. Neither is given your name, email address or phone number. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Most browsers can also block these cookies outright, and this site works normally if you do.
Retention
We keep application data for as long as needed to evaluate and service the enquiry, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted at any time by emailing Janzen@realmovingleads.com. You can opt out of marketing messages by replying "STOP" or asking us directly.
